If a sheet feeds through a digital press, is it ready for production?

No. Feeding is only the first check. Confirm continuous-run stacking and marking, image transfer in texture, small type and codes, duplex register, and the outcome after creasing, folding and planned finishing. Measured caliper does not automatically determine a correct media preset. Have the nominated printer proof the actual stock under its equipment and consumable guidance, and retain the preset revision with the sample.
