If a QR code is clear on screen, will the finished item scan?

A clear screen image is not evidence of final scan performance. Texture, contrast, image transfer, coatings, folds and viewing conditions can all affect readability. Put the code at production size through the actual stock, print and finishing route, then scan the finished, cured object and retain the symbology, artwork revision, test device and result. Validate separately to any applicable grading, regulatory or customer requirement.
