How should a designer specify paper in artwork files?

State four things: series and colour name (for example PALETTE plus the colour), grammage, surface requirements (one- or two-sided, texture direction) and the finishing list (foil, UV, embossing, die-cut, scoring). Attach a physical sample or sample-book page so printer and converter quote and proof on the same paper.
