Does recycled paper make the whole pack recycled?

A recycled facing paper does not establish the recycled content of an entire pack. First define the subject of the claim: fibre, paper, insert or complete packaging. Then assemble the material and source records for the relevant components. Verified information for a RECAST grade applies only to what that documentation covers. Structural board, adhesive, film, handles and other fittings need their own checks. Give the designer wording that identifies the subject, the basis of any proportion and the document version. If evidence covers only one component, keep the description limited to that component. Leave unresolved information pending rather than extending a partial statement to the whole pack.
