Can a desktop print approve production digital printing?

No. Desktop and production digital devices may differ in feeding, imaging, ink or toner systems, and drying or fusing conditions. Provide the actual press model, paper grade, grammage, format and artwork. The printer can then check equipment and consumable requirements before testing on the production device. Review feed consistency, images, fine type, adhesion and the appearance after finishing; retain the approved combination and version.
