Its ivory and bronze tones can be smoke-aged to a deeper antique finish, earning it the name of a living fossil of papermaking. Traditionally used for Dongba scriptures and paintings, it now serves cultural collections and premium packaging with ethnic character. Handmade batches vary in gsm and tone, so confirm by sample.
